Most Odessa driveways we replace were either too thin, had no edge support, or were laid on uncompacted fill. Irrigation from a St. Augustine strip then chews the shoulder. The first summer looks fine. The third summer looks like a dry riverbed.
We saw-cut clean lines at the garage and sidewalk, rebuild the base where it has pumped, and thicken the edges so the lawn does not win. If only two bays have failed, we will say so — full replacement is not the default pitch.
Neighborhoods we pave often: Mission, Parkway, Country Club, Lakeside, and the ranch houses north toward Gardendale. Same sun everywhere. Different HOA rules. We handle both.
